  It's only been a mere 100 and something days since Donald J Trump took the office of what I use to view as the greatest position in the land. Well I'm sad to say since he has taken over,  that office which I use to admire greatly, is now tainted with more disgrace then one can possibly imagine, Or would want to imagine!

  With a title such as "The death of Democracy" one would envision some not so good factors in play, well we are seeing a lot of those things in play as this is written!
  Some would say I'm reaching a bit with such talk, but when you look at all the things happening within Washington and the actions of POTUS it's not so hard to see Democracy on the tilting edge of destruction.

  We have a President that has zero understanding of what our Democracy is even about and cares very little how he abuses it and takes it for a type of obstruction that is only in his way!

  Trump has very little intellectual understanding of much of anything from what I have seen! The man only cares about himself and how well he's being portrayed in the news. Everything that has nothing to do with uniting this greatly divided nation.

  I had said way back in his rise to running for office of how bad of an idea he would make as our President because of his horrendous track record in his business dealings.
  I had said he had zero ability to listen to advice and to heed criticism!
I believe he has some kind of issue with people thinking he may be dumb, as in stupid dumb!
  Which if you think about would make sense seeing how he has said in the past how he has a "big brain" and "gets it" because he's a "smart guy!"

  Anyone that has to reassure himself and others on this obviously has some kind of issue with how people view him.
  And to think this guy is in the most important position not to mention the most powerful position on our planet! Now this is truly scary when you put his rambling madness all in context!

  When I see the horrible partisan behavior happening in Congress and within all of the hearings with the Trump Russia thing, and the FBI thing and all the media interviews and combine it with the crazy talk spewing from the right I truly do see Democracy laying on the chopping block!

  I suppose if you know anything of history one might say it was, and is, only a matter of time before Democracy would fail.
  The sad thing is it doesn't  need to happen and I truly don't understand and can't really believe these people on the right are truly this anal that their willing to go this path and stand firm with Trump? With all of his full blown lies and behavior I really don't get why anyone would even give him the time of day!

  In my half century on this beautiful world I've never seen our country in such turmoil! All because of one man stepping up and spewing his hateful and fearful talk and so many people willing to absorb it and stand behind it truly bothers me!

  I just don't understand why so many people don't care about anything anymore? They don't care about Russian meddling in our election and instead say they've always interfered!
  The facts are the Russians have never gone as far as they have in our 2016 election but they still don't care or just don't believe it!
  Why don't people care of ethics anymore? Have we truly regressed right back to heathen caveman ways?
  It really boggles my "big brain" how little Republicans care of ethics or even the appearance of blowing over all ethics rules and care little of violating any, and all ethics rules that should apply!

  So here we are on the withering edge of everything we use to hold grand and dear all because of a lunatic that people decided to place in power! Congratulations America you wanted something different, well here you go!
The end of Democracy is as different as you can get!
  Soon all Trump supporters will be able to kiss the kings ass just like his cabinet had done just a few weeks ago! Sorry to say I'm just not the ass kissing kind of guy! Nor should any truly patriotic American want or expect to be a good and obedient servant to a master in charge!

  Apparently our education system has failed at relaying our countries history! The part where we used to be ruled by a King, and that little war that took place where we kicked out the king and his ways!
  The special part where we tried a new type of Democracy with the the writing of our independence and then our Constitution! Ring a bell?
  Granted it was all an experiment and one that had worked fairly well until the rise of Trump! Blows my mind so many would stand behind a dip shit such as him and it shows where our country really needs to be focusing on, Educating the uneducated!

Facts And The

Truth!

I'm fairly certain I don't need to bring up the facts about the truth being a scarce form of verbiage coming from our newly elected president, or for that matter from anyone in the white house!

  The unfortunate truth is, most of Trumps supporters and the majority of the republican party don't seem to care! How scary is that?

  Spreading falsehood's and lies so as to sell your idea's and hopeful agenda list is a dangerous, not to mention a scrupulous way of fulfilling your promises!

  I have an analogy I use about climate change that I believe it can be used here as well!

  "To what extent are you willing to go to?" What are you willing to sacrifice in order to fulfill your promises in "Making America Great Again" and prosperous?

Apparently Donald Trump is willing to throw out all rational thought and science fact in order to fulfill his craziness of making America financially independent! He is planning on putting into executive order a roll back of all emissions for coal fired plants and methane release! "To what extent are you willing to do this!" To the extent of plunging the world into disrepair? apparently!

  With all that is happening in America with the outrage of Trumps talk and lies, and his own party not speaking up and pushing back against his delusional remarks and comments really makes this troublesome to people like me! "To what extent are you willing to go?"

  Apparently the Republican party isn't looking at the long game here! What I mean by this, is the fact they will be pushed out for their incompetence!

  They are under the impression that Trumps delusional core supporters are enough to appease and make content!

 How wrong they are! Most of us live in reality and are smart enough to know fact from fiction! Most of us are smart enough to know what a lie is! Most of us have a moral compass, Or at least one that's working!

  Without a doubt there is a HUGE divide in this country! The problem is Trump has, and is doing nothing to help it, but he certainly is doing something to make it much worse!

  Another thing he is failing to see is the fact the majority of this country is firmly not on board with his insanity and lies!

  Despite knowing the divide he continues driving that wedge in deeper as if testing to see how far he can push us all! Maybe this is his goal? Maybe he is hoping for a civil war of sorts so he can capture some sort of complete power beyond being a mere President? After all he seems to admire dictatorship and authoritarian power quite a bit! 

  Trump has said a few times he wants the country to come together! But the way he wants this to happen is for everyone that disagrees with his lunacy to jump on board the crazy Trump train! Seriously? Yes this is how delusional Trump really is!

  We have replaced reality with falsehoods, we've been sucked into some alternate universe where those with a brain are shunned as being the enemy of our country and stupid has taken a main seat at the table!

  America is truly in trouble, and before it's to late, I would hope those in power such as in the congress and senate might step up to the plate!

Oh darn, that's right, both of those are majority led by the republican party!

 I suppose this is where we'll see common sense and truth either prevail, or we'll see it all go down like a sinking ship! Though if party lines matter more then the livelihood of our country the republican party is doomed! Potentially America could be doomed! Wouldn't Russia love to see that! I know their loving what their witnessing so far! Maybe they knew this would happen?

 Maybe this is why they helped get Trump to the white house? Maybe they knew this guy would destroy America with his fearmongering and hate talk?

"To what extent?"  To what extent is Trump willing to go? Where is he trying to bring us people that value our constitution and American way of life together? By painting a picture that immigrants are bad and all Muslims are evil? By not responding responsibly and timely about anti-Semitism events ripping through our country?

  Everything a good leader would do that all could respect and value he hasn't done, Like facts and the truth, but as an authoritarian he should get an "A!"

  At times lately I just can't help but feel like I've stumbled into some alternate universe where everything I thought made sense no longer seems to!

 

  So why is this? Well It mostly revolves around the fact Donald Trump has been elected into the most power seat in the world! Scared doesn't sum it up very well! Perplexed barely covers the feeling I'm shrouded with in these closing days to his inauguration into the white house!

  Ever since Trump had won the election I find myself walking around in a daze of disbelief that people think this con artist, and man that admits to abusing women has the capacity to excel our great nation into being greater!   

  With his  business dealings around the world that we really have no clue into the depth of his ties, and with whom because of the lack of transparency!

  As well as the fact people seem to give little care into this matter which is what really makes me scratch my head?

  How could you not be concerned with Trumps love affair with Russia and his admiration of Vlad Putin? Then you add in the lack of transparency with tax returns then it kind of paints a picture not so pretty of what might really be up with Trump!

 As if that is not enough to make you wonder, then we have the new President elect refusing to believe our intelligence agencies accusations that Russia was, and is behind the democratic hacks that helped present a slow drip of not so flattering information and behavior within the democratic party!

  Yet he still refuses to admit Russia is not a friend of the U.S. and they have no great desire to see democracy prevail around the world!

  Instead we have a man that tweets flattering statements of Putin! As a matter of fact we have a man that tweets all of his concerns, thoughts, feelings, and it shows his emotions of how much of a thin skinned man he truly is!

 

  this is where the scared part comes into play with myself! Scared at the fact we have a man in office that cannot contain and conceal his emotions! Scared at the fact twittin' is not the way to speak to the people, yet his core supporters care little of this and instead embrace this way of communication!

 

 I'll put this in a way people may be able to understand. Imagine you're a parent, and you, instead of sitting down with your family and having face to face talks, you instead do everything via Twitter! Are you getting the picture now? If not I'll elaborate a bit more!

  So say you're communicating everything with all you know via Twitter! How do you really know who may be the one you're really talking with? If the person is sending everything out via Twitter it doesn't always set out the emotional, sensible, severity, honest feeling behind the message! 

 I have a theory as to why he jumps to his Twitter feed! Well there's actually a few reasons why I think he does so! One being that he gets something in his head that he just feels the need to blurt out, and usually without thinking it out to well before he does!

 

  The other is I believe he is persuaded to instead of speaking directly to reporters! Especially if he is without a script.

If you hadn't noticed whenever he speaks from the hip he says things that don't sound very intellectual! He sounds like he isn't very well versed in the English language because he uses very simple words and seems like he has a hard time coming up with any words besides "great" and "believe me" and how can you not forget when he said he knew more then the generals! Does this sound like a man with any intellectual capacity? If you're like me the answer is "Are you kiddin' me!"

  I believe Trump and his Twitter account are not the way to do business! I believe if he continues to do so we will soon find some very hard times in store for us because of his lack of discipline for control!

  The bigger issue will be whether or not I wake up from this strange haze I seem to be entranced in! Will I ever be able to wrap my head around the fact this all is really taking place!

  I'm certain I will never understand how he won, but accepting the fact he did is a must if I ever hope to find my sanity! Maybe he will surprise me with a Tweet!

  With all the negatives I have shared with my feelings for him I could see the tweet now! Saying "You're fired!" As I'm being deported to my ancestral homeland of Scotland! I might not mind that to much at all at this point!

  Until any of this happens I guess I'll just have to continue in my world of limbo as we hang on the edge waiting to see what gets blurted out from our new President, Twittin' Trump!

Heaven help us all!

 

Race and Racism!

          Race and Racism!

  America has been is a state of anxiety over this last week with the shootings of two African American men by police officer's and then by the death of five police officers by an African American man that was specifically targeting white officers!

                       Our hearts go out to all the families that lost loved ones!

  The big talk is of Race and Racism! It would be a huge lie to say that white America doesn't stereotype people of color and categorically place them in a box, Unfortunately that box is a box of question when it comes to law enforcement!

  I constantly am hearing and have heard for years the problems with America and racism and what needs to be done and how there needs to be a mutual coming together of sorts to obtain mutual respect between law enforcement and African Americans.

  

  If this doesn't sound odd being in this day and age that we are still experiencing these problems and hearing remarks and comments like this about the disconnect between two races! Because of this disconnect young African Americans are at risk if they don't go to the extreme of obedience when dealing with law enforcement they run the risk of violence ensuing! 

  As I said if this doesn't sound odd in this era of America's infancy? Then we have some serious problems, and I know we do!

  Like I have said, I have been hearing for years how we as a society have got to work on these race issue's and until we do there will just keep on continuing to be problems!

  What I do know is I'm sick of hearing the same talk year after year and incident after incident of the race issue every time another black person gets shot and killed we hear the speech of what needs to be done to fix these problems!

  Everyone just needs to stop talking because the point is moot! Everything that is said is nothing but a waste of breath and nothing more then a political crutch to quell the incident at the time!

  None of these issue's will be fixed until something is done at the heart of the matter! At the heart is minorities living in poverty and getting a sub standard

education from an institution (school) that is falling apart from under funding because America doesn't spend a fraction of what other countries spend on education!

  It's really not just a black problem when it comes to education, But unfortunately they are the people most vulnerable to this problem! When you have a person living in poverty trying to go to a school where the roof is leaking, books are out of date, and the teachers are so under paid their just collecting a check without much care of the directions of their students! 

  Sadly in these hardship scenarios it takes an exceptional kid to want to excel and make something better of their lives because of those crappy conditions it gives them motivation to want to excel! At the same time others see no way out! 

  Since these police officers were shot on Dallas Texas I have heard of the bravery of the officers that do their job with such great risk and so little pay!

  Just that statement alone answers one question, And that question is why would someone risk their lives for so little money? and maybe this is why they don't wait for any chances to be taken and just fire first and ask questions later because they fear for their lives when it comes to it not being worth it from a monetary stand point!

  Granted not all officers think like this, But just from what I've heard from the Dallas police chief making the statement of how under paid they are for such a risky job it certainly makes one think and wonder!

  Until we separate the ghetto mentality and the treatment difference from the rich and poor and provide equal education to both under equal standards and environments we will always have problems! 

  Until this is addressed and fixed! All talk is moot to the point it's nothing but a waste of time! Because nothing will ever get fixed or changed!

  We will just continue to see a person that becomes an officer because for all the wrong reasons! Then they feel greatly under appreciated for the risk they do for the little pay and decide it's not worth the risk! 

  They won't wait until a situation has a chance of rising out out of control, Out of fear and under appreciation they'll just shoot first and worry later! 

  Most of the times the officer doesn't get charged for any crime when it comes to these excessive force type shootings anyways!  So we seem to keep seeing it continue time and again!

  As much as I hate saying it I feel it was only a matter of time before people ended up mad enough that someone finally felt they had to do something overly excessive in order to be heard!

  I keep hearing about how it's not right to shoot police under no circumstance, Well It's not right for the police to shoot innocent people for no reason either!

  The problem is two wrongs don't make a right, But these black shootings have been going on for way to long for nothing to have transpired yet!

  What we are seeing here is Americans killing Americans! It's not Us-vs-Them! Blue-Vs-Black

It's Americans dying! It needs to stop! Americans! Maybe this is what law enforcement needs to be thinking the next time they look at someone of color with hesitation! Not to look at them as of color, But rather as an AMERICAN!

  I strongly support our law enforcement, But at the same time I know from personal experience they can over step their actions! It doesn't mean I would go on a crusade because of it! There will always be a bad apple in every bunch!

  The country needs to come together and find a form of unity somehow! As I said I believe education and the stereotyping of minorities needs to change if everyone else expects change! Until everyone is ready to take these steps keep on expecting the same scenario! Sorry to say!

  Oh and if you think things are bad now?  Do you wonder where Americans stand with racism? Just look at the amount of supporters Donald Trump has and that should answer your question! There's a good majority of the racist in this country! And yes it's a lot sadly! 

  Now imagine if he became president? If you hadn't noticed Trump had never tweeted a thing after either of the shootings of either black gentlemen!

  Even after the Governor of Minnesota spoke, Even after the President spoke, Heck even Hilary Clinton spoke, But still no Trump! Still have doubts if he's a racist?

  When CNN asked his campaign manager about his lack of acknowledgement, his statement was because Trumps wanted to know more about the facts first! 

  Here's a man that Tweets everything! Heck before that Egyptian airliner a couple months ago ever hit the water Trump Tweeted "Another senseless terrorist attack when will we get tough!" He likes causing panic and fear! Perfect for a president! But he couldn't comment on the black men shot by police!

Just some food for thought!

A tribute to the brave men and women in law enforcement! And to the families that lost loved ones! Black, Blue, White Americans need to stop killing each other!

GUNS, GUNS, GUNS!

GUNS AND AMERICA!

Guns are a pretty touchy subject in America lately due to the fact a lot of people have been killed in senseless acts of violence!

  In Orlando Florida a person with numerous conflicting mental issues purchased some weapons and in a matter of days afterwords goes out and slaughters a bunch of innocent people at a gay night club on Spanish theme night.

  As most know the story by now, Or at least the basics as new information keeps sifting in ever so slowly, We all get the jest of what happened!

  The killer was of Islamic faith, born here in America to immigrant parents from Afghanistan. 

  He with no doubt in my mind had some type of homosexual behavior, Or more like curiosity! People that knew him and worked with him had thoughts that he was gay though he never admitted it or acted upon it as far as we know at this point!

  The obvious thing is he had a lot of interest in the thought of being gay curious! Being of the Islamic faith would of made this a form of torture for him if he had any type of a strong faith, as Islam is homosexual intolerant!

  And it's just come to light that he was prejudice of the Spanish community to add to his justification of doing what he did, where he did it, when he did it!

  So in a semi planned moment he ran into the club and began his killing spree that has affected the whole world! The LGBT community was deeply affected as they were the primary targets for this killers list!

  After a stand off with the police for awhile he ended up getting in touch with the outside world and made a claim he was doing it all for the terrorist group ISIS, ISIL, (The Islamic State!) And pledged his allegiance to the group as he killed 49 people and injured even more! 

  It is my personal feeling he choose the gay community to unleash his fury on because of his own personal hell he had created by not wanting to be what his desires were calling for!

  By claiming the Islamic State as his alliance it gave him credence in his head that what he was doing was righteous so by committing this horrible act and by being killed in the process he would die as a martyr! And this would clear him from his evil sins and thoughts that had plagued him for years!

  Whether this is how it actually was we may never know? We have just recently found out that one of the Walt Disney resorts had contacted the FBI in April because he and his wife apparently had raised some flags of caution while staying at their resort and it just happened to be during a yearly function for the LGBT community!

  How come the FBI never followed up on this HUGE red flag? If Disney is calling up offering a report of suspicious behavior from someone of the middle-eastern culture at their resort you would of thought the cavalry should have been in action immediately! Especially with the fact he had been on the FBI terrorist watch list radar before! And then Disney is noticing odd behavior! WOW! It goes to show you how the system can really fail miserably at times!

  So here you have a man with mental issue of sorts, Islamic, and had been on the FBI's watch list able to buy guns. Hmm? Doesn't seem right, Or sit right with me at all!

  I am a stern believer in the 2nd Amendment! I believe we all should have the right to bear arms and even more so after this kind of incident! But in the case of this guy being able to buy weapons it never should have happened!

  I believe if you're from the Islamic faith and have had any association with known people that have committed acts of terrorism and had made the terrorist watch list, Well then no way in hell should he have been allowed to buy any kind of weapon!  

  Just because he was born here in America doesn't mean we shouldn't annex him from buying guns! As I stated above, he had all that going against him right down to being on the watch list, he should have been denied!

  I realize the gun law is a slippery slope and one we must navigate carefully, But it needs to be done!

  In no way whatsoever is this a time to be talking of taking away every one's rights to own guns away! Especially now!  I mean really can you imagine some dumb democrat saying something like that? Because the simple fact is no matter what a criminal will always be able to somehow get a firearm but those of us who are competent, honest, hard working Americans only have the right to die by guns! Bull!

  Without a doubt there needs to be some kind of restriction for certain people but not all of us! I can't even believe some of these people out there wanting a total ban on firearms completely!

  This people are nuts! I don't get their thinking? All one has to do is look at these countries that have gun control laws to see that all the people in these countries are, Are basically sheep that will be slaughtered because they have no way to protect themselves because their rights to firearms were taking away while every terrorist in this world is fully capable of arming themselves! 

  A total gun ban isn't even fathomable, But the one big thing democrats would like to ban is assault rifles such as what was used in Orlando the AR-15.

  I personally have one of these weapons and I am rather fond of it! I believe we should have the rights to weapons such as this and even more types of assault rifles as well! 

  If you look at the millions of responsible gun owners it hugely outnumbers the few foolish people that go out and preform these type of atrocities! 

  Even if you banned these weapons people would still be able to get their hands on them if they wanted to bad enough!

  So the only people that will be getting hurt by a gun law for assault rifles is people like myself! Innocent, honest, responsible American citizens being punished for something because of peoples misconception on how any gun laws would really work!

  It's only been not even two weeks and in the news what do we see? We see a couple of African Americans that raid a barbecue where people are having a good time and because these two people believe that some of these other people were the cause of a friend of theirs death they plan and set up an attack where one man has a 40 caliber pistol and the other had something along the line of an AK-47!

  They killed a women 8 months pregnant along with 5 other people! These were obvious untrustworthy people to have firearms and I guarantee the way they procured these weapons wasn't by going to the local gun shop and putting them on their MasterCard! They either stole them, Or they got them through channels like the black market!

  So what I would like to know is how would any kind of ban or special restriction bill prevent these type of people from obtaining illegal firearms? Nothing would have prevented them from getting their hands on weapons! All any type of bill that would pass do is prevent people like myself from being able to buy anything legally! 

   I'm pretty sure this is why our founding fathers made the 2nd Amendment and that was to keep people like these democrats from trying to block legal responsible citizens like myself from getting our hands on fire power that our government fears we would be able to use against them in any sort of uprising due to the unfair treatment from our government! Now that probably sounds more like the real reason!

  They don't fear the criminals getting a hold of weapons! These democrats fear us common folk standing up for ourselves in order to take back our government that they have all made a mess of!

  I wouldn't be so fast to dismiss this notion as these are the reason why there's gun control in most other countries! It's to prevent the citizens from over throwing their government, Or taken back what is rightfully theirs, Well maybe not in all their case's as much as ours here in the U.S.!

  We use to have some type of democracy around here and our rights actually use to have value and meaning! Hence fourth our constitution that our government leaders have riddled with loopholes and amendments! So much so, a lot of rights you use to think you had, have been taken away! And most don't even realize to what extent!

  Our government uses terrorism as a way of spying on everyone anywhere even in your own home! A persons home use to be their castle! Well no more! Now our government can peer right into your home and see everything your doing, and even listen to everything going on as well! If this is something that doesn't bother you, Well then you may as well roll over to socialism and become a communist!

  If you really take a look at the way things are run in our country right now you will see we are really walking a thin line of these being very true events and it's all happening right now! 

  We own guns in our home to protect us from all threats whether there foreign or domestic! Plus we hunt as well! If our government oversteps it's bounds where they decide it's a separate entity and no longer a government by the people for, the people well, then there's a big problem! and I would constitute that as one of the most biggest threats! When your own government decides to strip it's citizens of the rights as to what this country was founded on!

  I could see this possibly happening in the foreseeable future with the way things have been going lately! How will people in this country act if this were to happen? When I see people in the cities it's fairly obvious that a lot of people will just roll right over and accept whatever is thrown at them! If the government started enacting the military against their own people it would be a shameful chapter in Americas history and just one more blunder to add to a historical amount of recent blunders! If Trump was running the country I could see him doing something as such! The most unpatriotic fat cat around! Talks highly of all are foe's now there's a leader! Praise's N. Korea and Russia! I have a pretty good idea of where he would lead this country! Right into the hands of our enemy, Here you go! Oh, And he dodged the draft!

  For now I would recommend the extremist anti-gun rights nuts take a step back and look at the bigger picture! These mothers against guns are a bunch of communist wanna B's! My suggestion to them is to move to somewhere like Russia which is who is probably backing them anyway!

 This country has a constitution and bill of rights and if you don't like how it all reads or what it says then once more my suggestion is get the hell out! You don't belong here if you don't like the guidelines and it's as simple as that! 

  As for all the bad things that happen in this world we're all just going to have to get use to the fact this is how it is and will be for the end of time! There will always be someone out there wanting to make a point, Cause a scene, Hate, Mental issue's, Or who will ever really know why some people do what they do? 

  The point being the world is getting smaller with a larger number of people looking for a better life on the other side of the fence, The problem with this is the better side of the fence is running out of anything better! Even for it's own people! Maybe if we stop sticking our nose in other peoples problems there wouldn't be such a mass of people fleeing their home lands! 

  As for ISIS sorry to say this will never end unless we exterminate every single one of them! Unfortunately

 there will be some other religion that might take offense to the extermination in which we've just done to a whole culture and the whole process would start all over!

  It looks like the last thing we need is some kind of gun ban, But more like some new bigger and more bad ass guns! Or maybe we just need to get smarter then the criminal mind and thinking! 

Why America is failing!

WHY IS AMERICA FAILING?

For those of us that have been staying on top of the news within our military we have all heard the same story of staff shortages, and parts shortages.

  

 If  you look into the size of our military it has shrunk to sizes comparable to WWII! Which if you didn't realize was small comparable to population sizes of nowadays!

  Although we have downsized our military we have modernized it at the same time, which allows us to utilize other methods instead of risking human lives! Though it still leaves shortages in areas we really can't afford!

  We operate drones from all over the planet, and this is one way we have changed the playing field!

  We are constantly trying to make more advanced military equipment that requires less and less human interactions, So this leaves us with a human shortfall! Like who's around to fix the broken down high tech equipment?

  The one thing I have been witnessing lately is military personal, mainly Air Force personal, such as mechanics and pilot's coming forward and describing deplorable conditions! Lack of parts, not enough operational air craft available, and longer work days. Things such as this I've been hearing constantly and it is sickening!

  I'll tell you what it does, it makes me mad! It make's me mad in two ways, first It makes me mad that I'm hearing of all this belly aching! There was a time when our military use to be the toughest most fearful on the planet! 
  Well now all I hear is a bunch of whining cry babies! I hear people say they never get to see their families but only on the weekends! Well holy hell poor you! Most working class Americans even have to work on the weekends to get by! yet less get ahead!

  Buckle the hell up armed forces! If I was in charge and I witnessed all this crying on the news I would be furious! Just knowing the whole world is seeing our military personal crying because they only get to see their kids on the weekends! Be thankful you have a job and you can at least enjoy weekends with your family! Most Chinese that have young kids send them to family members because their working all the time! If their lucky they get to visit their children a couple times a year! Yes I said YEAR!

  We see the unemployment rate in Europe at an all time epic high of 50% and here we have our military personal crying because they only have weekends off! It's disgusting!

  Not only is it disgusting from an employment point of view it's disgusting from a defensive point of view! I can see all our foe's abroad looking at a system that is falling apart and breaking down!

 It's shameful beyond words! Where did the tough guy ever go? When did our armed forces turn into a bunch of belly achers and whiners? I get it totally and I understand that are men and women haven't been listened to by our own government. How insane is that when your own Gov't knows these parts and mechanical issue's and does nothing! Obama trying to make himself look good in some twisted way has done nothing but failed our country and set us back years!  

  Man alive! we all know that there needs to be some serious changes to our country! but come on! Publicize to the whole world how our military is going down the crapper due to no parts and long hours! Nice! Makes us look real good! I can see our enemies now, making a strategic plan to invade while the time is prime for the pickings!

  When did we become such a bunch of pussies? I know I never did any kind of crying about work when I was the same age as these people! I was grateful to be working period! Hell I worked 12 hour days 7 days a week for years at a time in my life and never cried like these people! 

 Number two I see enough bullshit with our defense issues, such as the F-35 Trillion dollar piece of garbage! Here we have Russia and China already working on 6th and 7th generation fighter jets plans! and we can't even get our 5th generation pile of crap to work! Yes, we need some changes!

  One thing we do need to do is beef up our mechanical personal to make our flying force better operationally wise! Meaning YES we need more trained personal! and NO MORE SCAVENGING FOR PARTS! If we can't make new aircraft we need to have new parts to operate our stockpile! End of story! 

  And the biggest thing of all is NO MORE CRYING! Makes us all look weak! Personally I'm not weak so speak for yourself! For the love of God STOP THIS! Please to all our service men and women I love you to death! I appreciate all you've done and sacrificed! We all know Obama has put America in a terrible position with slashing our military man power!  How he thinks he's done good is beyond me and a huge portion of America as well! So please trust me when I say we already know!
  But If you have feelings of being overworked, quit! and try the real working force! Try seeing if that's any better! I think you would find the working force of outside the military will be a touch more demanding! Welcome to the real world!

  It is sickening to see our forces having to steal parts or having to cannibalize from other jets in order to get a small portion of other jets operational! How can no one see this is no good? How can we have let this happen? The staple of what makes America what we are suppose to be, A world leader! and a world leader because of force! When we don't have the force how can we lead?

   I know the times are changing and there is a different breed of people because of how society is changing. People need to see things from outside their own world like in other countries and then you will see why America is starting to take a spiral out of control. 
  Unfortunately these other countries like communist China are the areas that don't tolerate such things to be said or happen! I know that's why America is different, But look at the difference! It's in a bad way hurting us!

  America is different because we have our freedoms, such as freedom of speech! unlike socialist countries where everything in the media is state run so it's all censored so things like crying about working to many hours and not having enough parts to fix the jet's never get out to the world! 
  I have to say maybe things like what our servicemen and women are saying should be listened to but not so much plastered all over every media outlet on the planet! Because yes it makes us look bad! Yes I know these are things that needs to be addressed but right now with all of America's issues and the craziness going on we are on our way to some very tough times!

  If things in our country don't start turning around I could see people mad enough to want to do something that would have some severe consequences! Such as trying to over throw the government!

  Before I go further I want to share a well known bit of world history! When America broke free from the tyranny of a king ruler from over seas the whole point was to gain our independence and have certain freedoms and rights, escape high colony taxation, things that just were not right!
  
 Well we did break free! and we did implement rights of freedom, But if you look through history from everywhere around the world this type thing has happened time. and time again! People got sick of how things were going and finally overthrew their government, Kings, Tsar's, Dictator's, Military ruler's, all the wrong doings!
  This is where the problem with America lies! We are still a somewhat young country although we are starting to feel the pains from our overbearing government! and a government that lies to us! and is deceiving! and seems to make their agenda a priority more so then the people's want;s and needs! people are fed up! 
 So yes I could see the beginnings of something not so good happening if we can't get our own government back on board to what it's all about!

  I feel as though our government is aware of this and have thought of this possibility as well and this is why we have certain rights pretty much taken away from us! Rights like privacy! You can count that one gone! 
  If you haven't noticed that all Americas local and state authorities are all using military equipment now! They have the heavy armament vehicles, they practice all the military style tactics, and they say stuff like privilege instead of rights! That's scary! It's scary that you cannot sit in your own home and not have to worry if your own government may be listening in on your every conversation!
  All they have to say is you were a person of interest! That easy! So who knows maybe we are seeing the beginning of the end for our young country! I hope not! But I know we the people need to get back what has been taking away, or you mind as well wrap the constitution up and throw it in the safe because it's been riddled with so many types of revisions that it's going to be useless real soon!

  So without to much pressure on anyone I would really be doing your homework on this up and coming presidential race! Trump really makes me nervous! Clinton really makes me nervous! But I'm afraid those will be the final two to actually make it the distance. 
  I have dug into as much info into both of them as I could find and honestly all I found is more to scare me! But that's me not you! Everyone is looking for different things in their lives! For my future, and more importantly my children's future, and my grand-kids future, I see no bright light in either candidate! 
 I won't bother you with details now, although in an up and coming issue the dirt will flow free and the choice for believing my words will be up to you!

  Of course everything I have mentioned of "Why America is Failing" in this short article is just a small and minute bit of the problem. Their is a very larger piece to the problem! Actually even a lot of little piece's as well! They are all things that really need to be addressed if we as a country are going to make it out and still intact!
So till then stay strong in your convictions because what matters to you is what matters,  period!

  

America needs to step up!

America needs to have a world presence!

America is at a boiling point internally which is a factor that needs to be addressed but, At what cost?

 Most Americans feel betrayed by our Government, as I have discussed on numerous occasions throughout my own written article's! 

 I feel the same way as well, But I get it, and I know I need to look beyond! Not just at the small view, but the bigger picture as well.

  We Americans reeling from internal issue's get so consumed by our own griefs that we tend to fall into this attitude of, "screw the rest of the world what about me attitude?"

  This is what usually comes back to haunt us somehow in the long run. We really need to look at the bigger picture and try to see past our pain and grief before we make it so much more worse!

 I realize it's hard to do when we have been stuck in this high anxiety type state of never knowing what's going to blind side us next?

 We need to get our feet planted firmly, take a step back, and take a really big breath, and stop to take a really good look at what is happening in the world right now!

 We can't be looking at a candidate that has very little knowledge of foreign affairs, Especially if one were to look at what is happening within the world as we speak!

 Whatever is happening around the world is going to impact America, "and American's," in some very profound ways at times!

 This has always been a factor, And everybody that knows anything about foreign affairs would understand and accept this!

America has always played a role in world event's, And we still need to at a certain degree.

 This isn't even something that should be negotiable! We need to intervene when the bully is being a tough guy on the play ground, Especially when it's a huge nation against a small few that truly need the back up! 
   

 So many people in America feel this shouldn't be though! They feel that these other countries should fend for themselves!

 Like I always end up saying, it's usually the uneducated that look at these views as such. They just don't understand the impact it has on America, "Or can have" I should say!

 When we let things slide by and it goes way to far, To the point it's extremely hard to see any happy ending that's when everyone say's we should of done something!

  Our interference with dealing with ISIS has been sub-par to say the least! We should have used more of everything then was offered!

 Yes, even if that meant boot's on the ground! Why? Because we had them where we wanted and could of handled ISIS in some some quick decisive blows! But now it's dragged out, ISIS ended up gaining tons of ground and dug in like a tick on a dog. Russia has aided the Syrian forces and has committed to honor the Syrian forces with Russian backup!

 What that means is Syria will still be a mess in the long run with the same Government in place that we should of dealt with back when the Government used chemical weapons against the rebels several years ago that also killed over a thousand civilians! But Obama didn't follow through with a code about dealing with anyone that uses chemical weapons! The code is to PUNISH whoever uses chemical weapons!

 Of course the United States didn't get very much in the way of support from our allies, so that didn't help, which leads to another issue with me about the UK. and their unwillingness to have jumped on board with agreeing to punishing Syria and president Al-Assad.
 As far as I'm concerned I think the UK. should leave the EU  like they want and then we should make them walk the hard line! No breaks on the pricing for trading! If they break from the EU they will be losing out on what we offer with the EU and what they offer us! 
 We wouldn't need much from the UK so bon voyage! 

 We have squandered way to much time in the middle east when we should have been working into Asia affairs and in a serious way! We have neglected things, Made a mess of other things, now we look weak and are overly unprotected, and undermanned! 
 To little to late and now we need to do some serious foot work! This is a delicate situation that needs to be addressed and by someone that has a clue of foreign affairs!

  This rant could go on and on! Of course these are all points that lead to why American's feel as they do! Or at least one of the many parts to the reasoning! America needs to do some serious foot work, But who is right for the job? 

  I had read two very good article's in today's online news, I agreed very much with both and I think most sensible people would, If not should! 

 The funny thing is, in most of my own article's, I have already stated these same facts! I mean almost word for word in a few paragraphs. 

 So either this is a very widely viewed known fact. 'Which I think!" Or it was just a lucky type of mutually agreed hiccup?

 Nonetheless under this administration we here in America have suffered and unfortunately it has spilled throughout the world!

 Anyways I am adding the statements Senator John McCain made at the weekly GOP address, The story is credited to Evelyn Rupert reporting from 'The Hill'

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) delivered his own wide-ranging foreign policy speech as he took the floor for the weekly GOP address.
McCain bashed President Obama's foreign policy, that under his administration "we've been on a holiday from American leadership."
He said Obama has "no strategy to successfully reverse the tide of slaughter and mayhem in a world that Director of National Intelligence General James Clapper says has not faced more crises and more refugees than we confront today," and criticized his approach to ISIS and the civil war in Syria.
"We know the so-call 'cease fire' in Syria does ultimately collapse, we know what happens next: more barrel bombs and slaughter of the innocent by the murderous regime of Bashar Assad ... and ultimately a stronger ISIL that will benefit from the chaos left behind."
McCain touched on Russia and said Vladimir Putin is learning that "diplomacy can be manipulated to serve his strategic ambitions."
"Indeed, two years after Russia invaded Ukraine and annexed Crimea, President Obama has shamefully refused to provide Ukrainian forces with the lethal assistance they need to defend themselves."
He argued that the administration has failed to defend our interests against China's actions as a "petty bully."
"President Obama has failed to take timely action to defend our interests and our allies fearing China might be less likely to cooperate on priorities he thought were more important, like climate change and the reckless Iran nuclear deal," he said. "And as a result, China's increasingly assertive behavior continues."
McCain called Obama's reaction to ISIS "reactive, slow and insufficient."
"We have achieved some tactical and operational success against ISIL thanks to the excellence of our military leadership and our troops on the ground," he said. "But at a strategic level, we always seem to be a step behind, a day late, and a dollar short."

"If history has taught us anything, it is that while America cannot solve all the world's problems, none of its problems will be solved without American leadership. We can-and must-return to the principle of 'peace through strength' for the sake of our men and women who are serving and the security of our nation," McCain concluded!

IF NOT TRUMP, THEN WHO?

Donald Trump now looks set to be the Republican presidential nominee. So for those of us appalled by this prospect — what are we supposed to do?
Well, not what the leaders of the Republican Party are doing. They’re going down meekly and hoping for a quiet convention. They seem blithely unaware that this is a Joe McCarthy moment. People will be judged by where they stood at this time. Those who walked with Trump will be tainted forever after for the degradation of standards and the general election slaughter.
The better course for all of us — Republican, Democrat and independent — is to step back and take the long view, and to begin building for that. This election — not only the Trump phenomenon but the rise of Bernie Sanders, also — has reminded us how much pain there is in this country. According to a Pew Research poll, 75 percent of Trump voters say that life has gotten worse for people like them over the last half century.
This declinism intertwines with other horrible social statistics. The suicide rate has surged to a 30-year high — a sure sign of rampant social isolation. A record number of Americans believe the American dream is out of reach. And for millennials, social trust is  at historic lows.
Trump’s success grew out of that pain, but he is not the right response to it. The job for the rest of us is to figure out the right response.
That means first it’s necessary to go out into the pain. I was surprised by Trump’s success because I’ve slipped into a bad pattern, spending large chunks of my life in the bourgeois strata — in professional circles with people with similar status and demographics to my own. It takes an act of will to rip yourself out of that and go where you feel least comfortable. But this column is going to try to do that over the next months and years. We all have some responsibility to do one activity that leaps across the chasms of segmentation that afflict this country.
We’ll probably need a new national story. Up until now, America’s story has been some version of the rags-to-riches story, the lone individual who rises from the bottom through pluck and work. But that story isn’t working for people anymore, especially for people who think the system is rigged.

I don’t know what the new national story will be, but maybe it will be less individualistic and more redemptive. Maybe it will be a story about communities that heal those who suffer from addiction, broken homes, trauma, prison and loss, a story of those who triumph over the isolation, social instability and dislocation so common today.

 We’ll probably need a new definition of masculinity, too. There are many groups in society who have lost an empire but not yet found a role. Men are the largest of those groups. The traditional masculine ideal isn’t working anymore. It leads to high dropout rates, high incarceration rates, low labor force participation rates. This is an economy that rewards emotional connection and verbal expressiveness. Everywhere you see men imprisoned by the old reticent, stoical ideal.
We’ll also need to rebuild the sense that we’re all in this together. The author R.R. Reno has argued that what we’re really facing these days is a “crisis of solidarity.” Many people, as the writers David and Amber Lapp note, feel pervasively betrayed: by for-profit job-training outfits that left them awash in debt, by spouses and stepparents, by people who collect federal benefits but don’t work. They’ve stopped even expecting loyalty from their employers. The big flashing lights say: NO TRUST. That leads to an everyone-out-for-himself mentality and Trump’s politics of suspicion. We’ll need a communitarianism.
Maybe the task is to build a ladder of hope. People across America have been falling through the cracks. Their children are adrift. Trump, to his credit, made them visible. We can start at the personal level just by hearing them talk.
Then at the community level we can listen to those already helping. James Fallows had a story in The Atlantic recently noting that while we’re dysfunctional at the national level you see local renaissances dotted across the country. Fallows went around asking, “Who makes this town go?” and found local patriots creating radical schools, arts festivals, public-private partnerships that give, say, high school dropouts computer skills.
Then solidarity can be rekindled nationally. Over the course of American history, national projects like the railroad legislation, the W.P.A. and the NASA project have bound this diverse nation. Of course, such projects can happen again — maybe though a national service program, or something else.
Trump will have his gruesome moment. The time is best spent elsewhere, meeting the neighbors who have become strangers, and listening to what they have to say.
